Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

At Arden, many of our pieces are handcrafted to order. For that reason, returns are limited and clearly defined below.


Bespoke & Made-to-Order Jewellery

All bespoke, made-to-order, engraved, resized, or customised jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Please note this includes Create Your Own Ring purchases

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Engagement rings

  • Wedding rings

  • Eternity rings

  • Any item made or altered to a specific request

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


Non-Bespoke Items

Where an item is not bespoke and has not been worn, altered, resized, or engraved, a return request must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returns are subject to approval. Items returned without prior authorisation may be refused.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. We strongly recommend insured and trackable delivery.
